Common processing technology:

Chemical oxidation biochemical method. Due to the high COD and high biological toxicity of pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater, regular microorganisms are difficult to tolerate toxic pollutants in pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater and cannot be directly treated by regular and biochemical treatment. Chemical oxidation can be used for partial removal to reduce its biological toxicity. Chemical oxidation methods include: ozone oxidation, sodium hypochlorite oxidation, ozone-hydrogen peroxide combined oxidation, Fenton oxidation and other chemical reagent oxidation, as well as wet oxidation, electrolytic oxidation, light oxidation, high temperature cracking and other oxidation methods. The disadvantage of this method is that the process is long and requires large investment and operating costs.
